Rick and Rick co-founded Intelisys in 1994. Both had successful track records as top producers in direct and indirect carrier sales and management assignments. They built Intelisys from the ground up, understanding the unique challenges of becoming successful telecom agents.
Dana Topping joined Intelisys as an equity partner in 2006 through a merger with his company, Resource Communications. Dana brings over 12 years of professional expertise in high-level design and management of telecommunications networks. Dana focuses on building and shaping Intelisys' Carrier and Enterprise Managed Solutions.
Rick, Rick, and Dana share executive management responsibilities for the overall strategic direction of the company. Together with the Intelisys Strategy Team, they are responsible for developing sales, support, and value-added applications that drive revenue growth and provide Intelisys’ top-performing Sales Partners with an experience that is unmatched in the industry.

Jay joined our team in October 2002. He brings almost 20 years of telecom sales, marketing and management experience. Jay spent 10 years with MCI Telecommunications, and in recent years has been involved with various Internet, CLEC, and Reseller start-ups. In his role as President, Telecom Services, Jay is responsible for developing and achieving Intelisys' tactical plans for building and maintaining a team and culture that can achieve company objectives. He is also a member of the Intelisys Strategy Team, working on strategic planning and execution of the overall Intelisys business plan.

Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years. In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.

Carol joined our team in June 2003. She brings over 25 years of successful telecom and management experience to Intelisys. Carol has held a variety of support positions in channel sales, service, and marketing where she has been responsible for supporting independent sales distributors and end user customers worldwide. In her role as Vice President, Sales Operations, Carol is responsible for the systems and structures that support Intelisys’ Sales Partners and Supplier Partners, as well as the Order Management and Audex teams. Carol is also a member of the Intelisys Strategy Team, working on strategic planning and execution of the overall Intelisys business plan.

Mike McKenney |
Mike joined our team in July 2004. Before coming to Intelisys, Mike worked as Intelisys’ Channel Manager with Cable & Wireless from late 2000 through 2003. During this time Mike helped Intelisys become C&W’s largest Master Agency. Prior to his role in C&W’s Channel Program, Mike was the first direct sales representative in the history of the company to win the Annual National Sales Contest for eight consecutive years. In his role as Director, Partner Sales, Mike is responsible for all aspects of sales and sales management for Intelisys' Partner Sales business unit.

Christina Dumlao |
Christina brings to Intelisys over 20 years marketing, product development, and network management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Intelisys she directed Ulu Telecom’s marketing and sales, network design, implementation and planning. She has developed and maintained carrier products, project managed software development, managed cost reconciliation, engineering, and network planning and design in various telecommunication networks such as voice over IP, data, local, long distance, and wireless. Other titles held in her extensive career include Senior Director of Network Economics with Voila IP Communications, Senior Director of Network Economics with Logix Communications, Senior Product Manager with US One Communications, Senior Project Manager with Williams Communications, and Director of Circuit Provisioning and Cost with Vyvx/Wiltel companies.

Steve joined our team in February 2007. Steve has over 25 years of telecommunications experience with companies such as Harris, Nortel Networks, Teltronics, and most recently Inter-Tel. Steve has held both Sales and Sales Engineering positions throughout his career, where he has provided enhanced services solutions to both domestic and international carriers, as well as enterprise customers. He provides an excellent resource as a technical sales overlay, in his position as SWAT Sales Representative, assisting our top performers with their most valued accounts. Steve currently holds TIA Converged Technologies Professional (CTP) and Cisco CCNA certifications.

Intelisys established a strategic partnership with TeraNova Consulting Group in January 2007 to design, build and manage our Mobility Solutions business unit. Natasha, Founder of TeraNova, will be the single source provider to Intelisys Sales Partners in providing full supply-chain and lifecycle management of the Wireless WAN, among other mobility solutions. Intelisys Mobility Solutions designs, sources, deploys, and fully manages all components of the Wireless WAN from network to customized mobile routers to managed mobility services. Natasha comes to Intelisys after a distinguished 10 year career at Sprint where she was instrumental in the building and managing of a high-powered, national data support organization in the Indirect channel. She has her MBA in International Business and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. She is based in San Diego, California.

Josh joined the Intelisys team in March 2007. He brings over four (4) years of Project Management experience, as well as exceptional customer service and support skills. Rebekah joined our team in April 1998. Prior to Intelisys, she worked at AVIRNEX supporting the Business Development and Sales Management team. She earned her undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University, and recently completed her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing with the University of Phoenix. Rebekah started at Intelisys in what was then called our Agent Support department, after which she spent two years managing Agent Development. In her current position as Supplier Manager, she is responsible for managing our portfolio of Supplier Partners and communicating valuable Supplier and Product information to Intelisys Sales Partners.

Karen joined our team in October 2005. She brings 18 years of telecom sales, engineering, and operations experience. Karen spent seven years with Lucent Technologies providing pre-sales engineering support. Prior to her role at Lucent, she spent 11 years at Pacific Bell in management, systems engineering, and network operations. Karen earned her BA degree in Economics-Social Science at UC Berkeley and her MBA from Cal State Hayward. In her role as Manager, Order Management, Karen is responsible for providing project management and order entry support for our Sales Partners and our Mobility Solutions Partners.

Debbie joined Intelisys in 2006 through a merger with Resource Communications. She brings over 10 years of telecom experience. Debbie spent seven years with SBC, now AT&T, in the sales agency program as a sales support manager. In her role as project manager for the LEC partner support group at Intelisys, she is responsible for processing all AT&T orders across the nation, as well as Bell South and several major accounts that require submission via all LEC groups. Debbie earned her BA degree in Instructional Technology from California State University, Chico.

Elise started at Intelisys as the Recruiting Coordinator, assisting potential Sales Partners through the recruitment process. Now, three years later, in her role as Supplier Manager, she is responsible for managing a portion of the Supplier Partners in the portfolio and communicating valuable Supplier and Product Information to Intelisys Sales Partners.

Jeri joined our team in December 2005. She brings 20 years of telecom experience in customer service, order writing, and project management. Jeri spent 10 years within the Qwest community, three as Qwest Telecom Consultant providing project management, billing, and training services, and seven years at Qwest in various roles including technical order writing, billing specialist, and project manager. Prior to Qwest, Jeri spent 10 years at AT&T providing account support and customer service to Major and National Customers for both network and equipment applications. Jeri earned her Bachelors degree at the University of Washington in Sociology. As an Intelisys Project Manager, Jeri is responsible for order processing, tracking, escalations, and customer support requests related to the Data service orders for one of our large corporate customers.

Jesse joined the Intelisys team in October 2006. In his ten years of customer service experience, his responsibilities have ranged from phone sales through business-to-business outside sales to advertising and marketing. Jesse graduated from Empire College in 2000 certified as a computer support specialist. Before joining Resource in 2003, Justin was part of a company that developed and patented a new search technology. Justin brings eight years of experience in programming and software design to the Audex development team. In his role as lead developer, he is responsible for the implementation and management of the Audex, telecom asset manager, software suite.

Jim comes to our team with 10 years in marketing communications and four years in telecom. Before his foray into the business world, he was a university professor and co-founder of a publishing company. Jim is responsible for creating and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives designed to contribute to the accomplishment of business, revenue, and strategic goals. He also manages trade shows, Intelisys Golf, Wine & Business Fair, and the Intelisys Weekly newsletter. As the Intelisys Webmaster, Jim develops and maintains the Intelisys website and other strategic online initiatives.

She also manages the human resources department and is responsible for facilities and systems at Intelisys.
