Intelisys employs 30 full-time colleagues providing supplier support services, commission support, experienced sales assistance, marketing and business development assistance, and executive level support to our Partner Community. We dedicate 100% of our resources to our Sales Partners, and never compete with our Partners for end-user customers.
We offer three distinct sales programs that allow new and existing Partners the flexibility to choose the right combination of commissions, support, and revenue commitment for their business.
Sales Partner Program
This is our industry leading full service Sales Program and includes more than 95% of our existing Partners. Intelisys attracts many of the industry’s top-producing Sales Agents, and we deliver the exceptional support, competitive commissions, and long-term stability that they demand from us.

Affiliate Master Agency Program
This new turn-key program allows established industry sales organizations to focus their efforts on selling and on building their agent community, instead of negotiating and managing their own direct agreements with carriers.
This program creatively solves a problem for a select group of experienced sales organizations that want to tap into Intelisys’ market strength, without having to deal with the administrative burdens of building a truly competitive Master Agency.
Affiliate Master Agencies have the freedom to act as their own sales units of Intelisys, and can sign new Partners to an Intelisys sales agreement or one of their own. Either way, the Partners have access to all of Intelisys’ support resources and suppliers, and they are guided by the Affiliate Master in building their businesses.
Oasys Solutions Group, Inc., founded in 2001by industry veterans Bill Collier and Tripp Hill was named as Intelisys’ first Affiliate Master Agency in March 2004. Oasys co-developed this unique Affiliate Master partnership with Intelisys, and now delivers telecom solutions to their Sales Partners while not acting as a direct Agent for service providers. By utilizing Intelisys resources to provide support to Oasys Sales Partners, Oasys can focus their own efforts on adding depth to the Intelisys-Oasys community by recruiting top-performing Sales Partners and solidifying the Intelisys presence across the Southeastern U.S. This complementary relationship has been enormously successful for both companies.
Partner Referral Program
Intelisys offers an unparalleled referral program for selected Sales Partners that refer new prospective Partners to Intelisys. The program is being offered as an incentive for our Partners to refer qualified telecom Agents to us. Generally, qualified referrals are Agents that are selling at least $5000 in new monthly revenue, sell telecom services full time, have a successful track record as an independent Agent or carrier rep, and have existing relationships with business telecom decision makers.
