Rick and Rick co-founded Intelisys in 1994. Both had successful track records as top producers in direct and indirect carrier sales and management assignments. They built Intelisys from the ground up, understanding the unique challenges of becoming successful telecom agents.
Dana Topping joined Intelisys as an equity partner in 2006 through a merger with his company, Resource Communications. Dana brings over 12 years of professional expertise in high-level design and management of telecommunications networks. Dana focuses on building and shaping Intelisys’ Carrier and Enterprise Managed Solutions.
Rick, Rick, and Dana share executive management responsibilities for
the overall strategic direction of the company. Together with the Intelisys
Strategy Team, they are responsible for developing sales, support, and
value-added applications that drive revenue growth and provide Intelisys’ top-performing
Sales Partners with an experience that is unmatched in the industry.

Jay joined our team in October 2002. He brings almost 20 years of telecom sales, marketing and management experience. Jay spent 10 years with MCI Telecommunications, and in recent years has been involved with various Internet, CLEC, and Reseller start-ups. In his role as President, Telecom Services, Jay is responsible for developing and achieving Intelisys’ tactical plans for building and maintaining a team and culture that can achieve company objectives. He is also a member of the Intelisys Strategy Team, working on strategic planning and execution of the overall Intelisys business plan.

Carol joined our team in June 2003. She brings over 20 years of successful telecom and management experience to Intelisys. Carol has held a variety of support positions in channel sales, service, and marketing where she has been responsible for supporting independent sales distributors and end user customers worldwide. In her role as Director, Support Services, Carol is responsible for the systems and structures that support Intelisys’ Sales Partners, Mobility Solutions Partners, and Supplier Partners, as well as the Order Management and ResourceCRM teams. Carol is also a member of the Intelisys Strategy Team, working on strategic planning and execution of the overall Intelisys business plan.

Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years. In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.

Christina Dumlao |
Christina brings to Intelisys over 20 years marketing, product development, and network management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Intelisys she directed Ulu Telecom’s marketing and sales, network design, implementation and planning. She has developed and maintained carrier products, project managed software development, managed cost reconciliation, engineering, and network planning and design in various telecommunication networks such as voice over IP, data, local, long distance, and wireless. Other titles held in her extensive career include Senior Director of Network Economics with Voila IP Communications, Senior Director of Network Economics with Logix Communications, Senior Product Manager with US One Communications, Senior Project Manager with Williams Communications, and Director of Circuit Provisioning and Cost with Vyvx/Wiltel companies.

Mike McKenney |
Mike joined our team in July 2004. Before coming to Intelisys, Mike
worked as Intelisys’ Channel Manager with Cable & Wireless
from late 2000 through 2003. During this time Mike helped Intelisys become
C&W’s largest Master Agency. Prior to his role in C&W’s
Channel Program, Mike was the first direct sales representative in the
history of the company to win the Annual National Sales Contest for eight
consecutive years. In his role as Director, Partner Sales, Mike is responsible
for all aspects of sales and sales management for Intelisys’ Partner
Sales business unit.

Amy joined our team in January 2003. Amy comes to us with 12 years of Administrative experience with the six prior to Intelisys being in telecom. Her background includes customer support, technical support, project coordination and training, as well as sales support. In her role as Administrative Services Manager, Amy is responsible for the office, our network, and systems equipment maintenance. She also manages the human resources department and is responsible for facilities and systems at Intelisys.

Jacqueline comes to Intelisys from Aeon Alliance Business Consulting, where she was a Business Consultant specializing in Systems, Operations, and Finance Management. Former CEO of Orion Sales Associates, Jacqueline brings over 15 years of professional expertise working in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, industrial safety distribution, and manufacturing. In her role as Commissions Manager, Jacqueline is responsible for working with our Commission Accountants, our Sales Partners, and Suppliers on commission issues, as well for the processing of monthly commission reports from our Suppliers through RPM.

Bonnie joined the Intelisys Commissions team in November 2007 as Commission Accountant. She was formerly involved in the mortgage industry and brings over 20 years of finance experience which includes a working knowledge of complex reconciliations. Primary responsibilities include developing key relationships with Intelisys carriers, processing monthly reports, and performing supplier and partner audits.

Jimmy joined our team in June 2006. He earned his B.A. from California State University of Long Beach. He brings several years of experience from various companies throughout California. In his role as Data Entry and Commissions Assistant, Jimmy tracks incoming orders and opportunities from our suppliers and processes the data to be imported into RPM for Commissions tracking.

Gerry joined the team in February 2006. He brings to the position of Commissions Accountant 14 years experience at GE, working in various capacities in their New Business department. He worked for Autodesk and HP as a key builder to create relationships between customers and Autodesk and HP teams in order to stimulate new business and to develop on site help desk support. In his role as Commissions Accountant, Gerry works with Intelisys Sales Partners and Suppliers on commission issues and processes monthly commission reports from our Suppliers through RPM.

Jim comes to our team with 10 years in marketing communications and four years in telecom. Before his foray into the business world, he was a university professor and co-founder of a publishing company. Jim is responsible for creating and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives designed to contribute to the accomplishment of business, revenue, and strategic goals. He also manages trade shows, Inteligolf, and the Intelisys Weekly newsletter. As the Intelisys Webmaster, Jim develops and maintains the Intelisys website and other strategic online initiatives.

Steve joined our team in February 2007. Steve has over 25 years of telecommunications experience with companies such as Harris, Nortel Networks, Teltronics, and most recently Inter-Tel. Steve has held both Sales and Sales Engineering positions throughout his career, where he has provided enhanced services solutions to both domestic and international carriers, as well as enterprise customers. He provides an excellent resource as a technical sales overlay, in his position as SWAT Sales Representative, assisting our top performers with their most valued accounts. Steve currently holds TIA Converged Technologies Professional (CTP) and Cisco CCNA certifications.

Justin came to Intelisys with the Resource team when Intelisys and Resource merged in 2006. Before joining Resource in 2003, Justin was part of a company that developed and patented a new search technology. Justin brings eight years of experience in programming and software design to the Audex development team. In his role as lead developer, he is responsible for the implementation and management of the Audex, telecom asset manager, software suite.

Jeri spent 10 years within the Qwest community, three as Qwest Telecom Consultant providing project management, billing, and training services, and seven years at Qwest in various roles including technical order writing, billing specialist, and project manager. Prior to Qwest, Jeri spent 10 years at AT&T providing account support and customer service to Major and National Customers for both network and equipment applications. Jeri earned her Bachelors degree at the University of Washington in Sociology. As an Intelisys Project Manager, Jeri is responsible for order processing, tracking, escalations, and customer support requests related to the Data service orders for one of our large corporate customers.

Rebekah joined our team in April 1998. Prior to Intelisys, she worked at AVIRNEX supporting the Business Development and Sales Management team. She earned her undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University, and recently completed her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing with the University of Phoenix. Rebekah started at Intelisys in what was then called our Agent Support department, after which she spent two years managing Agent Development. In her current position as Supplier Manager, she is responsible for managing our portfolio of Supplier Partners and communicating valuable Supplier and Product information to Intelisys Sales Partners.

Now, three years later, in her role as Supplier Manager, she is responsible for managing a portion of the Supplier Partners in the portfolio and communicating valuable Supplier and Product Information to Intelisys Sales Partners.
